What to eat in Oahu

What to eat in Oahu, Hawaii Waikiki Food trucks Lots of variety on food trucks. we especially liked the Cuban empanadas and tasty Thai food. Empanada Poke You can't visit Oahu and not eat poke. If you are vegetarian, you can get vegetarian poke from Maguro Spot. Salmon poke bowl Avocado toast Not unique to Hawaii but wanted mention this option for all veggie lovers. Avocado toast at Sunrise Shack is way more than just decent. Avocado Toast Acai bowl Acai bowl are must in Hawaii. I like mine with nut butter (monkey bowl) and goji berries, but you can't go wrong with acai bowl anyways. We have tried at Sunrise Shack and Hawaiian Crown Cafe. Both are good but Sunrise Shack comes with variety of options. Acai bowl Acai bowl Banan If you like banana, you will love banan. You can get this from Banan Waikiki Beach Shack. What I like about banan over acai bowl is acai bowl can taste a little sour based on what fruits in the base, banan is simply banana. Mac nut honey butter is a wonder

Puerto Vallarta Trip Itinerary

Our Trip Itinerary in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Puerto Vallarta aerial view We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta for 10 days, this includes the two travel days and two remote work days. On the first day we have arrived very late in the evening and on the last day we have left for the airport by noon. So, technically we have spent only 6 full days in Puerto Vallarta. Having said that, we were still able to get out of our Airbnb and take a stroll at Malecon Boardwalk and get some local food on the remote work days. At the end, Puerto Vallarta turned out to be a great place to relax and enjoy food as well as to have some adventure and get to know the locals.
